Kija Entertainment was founded in 1998 by Randy Ritchwood.
Randy has had a lot of success in the entertainment business and he is continually climbing for more. He created the name for his company from his children Kierrah and Jaleel; nicknamed Ki and Ja. The meaning of Kija stands for "Knowing Ingenuity Justifies Appreciation".
